'Ryan played at my wedding and was amazing! He was one of the wonderful highlights for my husband and myself and all of our guests. He is very talented and has a voice that you can sit and listen to for hours. Along with his talent, he is also professional, and a really nice person. I highly recommend Ryan for any special event. I can't wait until we have another event we can hire him for!'

'Ryan's dedication to his craft as a musician is beyond reproach. His musical style is both unique and approachable, appeals to a huge audience, yet longtime fans can attest to the fact that he has shown incredible growth and evolution over the years. Ryan is consistently professional and reliable, and can always be counted on to take great care of all of his clients no matter what the occasion might entail...'

'It is hard to put into words the musical talent of Ryan Hernandez. I have been watching Ryan sing since 2006 when he played solo gigs at a little cafe/bar in El Dorado Hills. Even back then he would capture an audience of people just by the sound of his voice. It has been amazing to see Ryan transform into the musician he is today. We had the pleasure of having Ryan and Kaz perform at our wedding in July of 2010. The two of them never cease to amaze me. Ryan sang "I'll Be" by Edwin McCain during our ceremony and Kaz joined him for our reception. They were a highlight to such a wonderful moment in our life. Ryan has become a great friend over the years and I continuously recommend him to anyone who is in need of a musician.'

'I first saw Ryan playing at the hotel I was staying in 2010 in Sacramento.  It was my 40th bday and I was waiting for my boyfriend at the time to arrive. So I was chilling in my room getting ready when I could hear Ryan singing and playing guitar.  He sounded incredible.  If anyone knows me, they would tell you that I would not be caught dead going to a lounge or bar alone ever.... As I waited in my room, I couldn't stand it. I was compelled to get out of my comfort zone and go see who could sing so beautifully.  It was Ryan Hernandez. I was blown away. Every song was impeccable.  As the evening went on I texted friends back home in Vancouver Canada gushing about the talent that was playing before me....'

'Ryan Hernandez performed at our wedding in October of 2009.  Ryan was very professional, showed up on time, which is very rare nowadays and performed exactly as we had planned.  He sang a Journey song for me as I walked down the aisle, and also performed many songs during our cocktail hour.  Our guests were impressed with Ryan and I think he added a very special touch to our intimate wedding at Monte Verde Inn in Forest Hill.  Please feel free to use me as a reference in the future. 'I met Ryan about 6 years ago. During that time my boyfriend and I have tried to attend his, and any combination of his extremely talented friends' performances, about once a week. At first we were just fans that sat attentively at a distance listening to every note he strummed and sang. My admiration of his ability to play is as endless as his song book. On top of being a fantastic musician, Ryan possesses an immense willingness to get to know his fans. We soon became more than two onlookers, we became friends. And it's because of him and his connections in and around Sacramento that I have come to know other local musicians. Something that means the absolute world to me, and I now consider many of them my dear friends.
All of these years later, Ryan is still our favorite musicans to see. If he's playing an acoustic gig at a little restaurant in some strip center in East Sacramento - you'll probably see us sitting front row.
Ryan and Kaz, who is his literal better half, continue to grow as music makers. Taking on new instruments, songs, venues, collaborations and all the while keeping their signature style.
This friend of mine is a consummate professional and one of the most savvy businessmen I know. He invests his time and money in the best equipment, strong reliable people, and honest patrons because he would not settle for anything less. You can hear this every time he plays. In a word, perfect. I have booked the duo for several special occasions and will continue to book them in the future, it would be strongly suggested that you do the exact same.'
